Immigrant working women and work-life balance: Fewer opportunities for occupational mobility? (DOI: 10.2436/20.3000.02.48)

This paper studies the occupational mobility of immigrant women by analysing their work-life balance strategies. Results show that the lower level of support for the worklife balance received by these women is an obstacle to their upward mobility. However, the segmented structure of the job market must also be taken into account in the analysis.
