James Whitbourn (1963), British composer and orchestral conductor, feels inspired by people. His high-quality works reflect the intimate experiences related with mysticism, peace and the culture of nations. He believes that music gives pleasure, comfort, serenity, emotion and sensuality. His music connects instantly with the audience. He has studied at Oxford University and later began working for the BBC.
