Women and traditional songs of the Ribagorza

This study exposes and analyzes the songs and popular culture recorded during the beginning of the XXth century by Palmira Jaquetti among other women. It is an exceptional work undertaken in an unique moment which has been now recovered allowing the clarification of the collective background of the culture of the whole pyreneic territory and essentially the role developed by women trough the songs.
