Capacidad generativa y sostenibilidad en la cuenca del Río Caura ubicada en la Guayana venezolana

Resum

In this work it is suggested the concept of a culture’s generative capacity as a
category that articulates the sustainability and the satisfaction of people’s needs.
It is described the inhabitants’ generative capacity from the Caura River basin. Are
analyzed the threats that affect the generative capacity and the sustainability from this social-ecological system in Venezuela’s Guiana.
