The Tax on the Provision of Accommodation Services and its study through the Social Network Analysis: Interdependence in tourism promotion and advertising

The study uses Social Network Analysis with the theoric category of public policy networks, where the Tax for the Provision of Hosting Service is addressed, which is an indirect tribute to the accommodation service that the State collects, administers and exercises, returning it through the promotion and tourist advertisingb impacting  local tourism development; public and private organizations are involved in this process, so the objective in this work is through the analysis of the collaboration network in administrative process, visualize the dynamics of governance and identify how it is that through structural qualities, interconnection and flow of resources it can influence the renewal of administrative processes by heterogeneous actors that tend to improve performance in organizations, generating a network model. The information for the analysis is obtained from surveys and interviews with those involved in the process and the documentary review. The results show the Office of Conventions and Visitors as the node of greater centrality, strong interdependence among the collaborators in the network as well as the means to influence the innovation of the administrative process. Joint performance is required in the tourist governance.
