This paper shows some results of a study seeking to contribute to the understanding of transphobia practices in the particular context of the city of Colima in Mexico. We employ a theoretical and methodological approach framed within the narrative studies in social sciences and psychology. A narrative production methodology was used to construct firstperson narratives with 5 transgender women participating in the study. Social actors and spaces related to the transphobic violence from de the perspective of participants were identified in the narratives. The produced narrative show different forms of violence towards transgender identities as well as social actors and spaces that intervene in it, such as the family, school, public spaces, as well as health services and workplaces.
