Abstract


This paper discusses the implementation of the right to non-discrimination based on gender in the context of internal flexibility measures, and in particular, in relation to cases of geographical mobility. It also delves into the caution that employers must follow when making certain restructuring decisions, to adequately manage potential legal risks in the field of protection of fundamental rights.
