This journal provides readers with immediate open access to all its published content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

However, reproduction, distribution, public communication or total or partial transformation are subject to the terms of use of this journal and may require the express written consent of the authors and/or publishing institutions.

 

Focus and Scope

IUSLabor is an open access electronic law review of the public University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) focused on the analysis of Labor Law and Industrial Relations and addressed to researchers, professionals of law and advanced students.

Peer Review Process

All papers received are subject to prior evaluation and selection process, in which the Editorial Committee, along with the recommendations of the Scientific Committee, determines the acceptance, revision or rejection of the paper. Reviewers will consider the following aspects when making the assessment: current interest of the judicial decision analyzed, appropriate use of legal texts and jurisprudence and writing style. The Editorial Board has the final decision about publishing the paper.

 

Publication Frequency

IUSLabor has a quarterly basis and its numbers are published during the first, the third and fourth quarter of each year.
